The Grabber HTS is General Tire’s newest premium all-season tire for today’s light trucks, crossovers and SUV's. Born from Baja, the Grabber HTS is built on the technology that went into engineering the company’s Grabber off-road competition tires. The Grabber HTS combines the synergy of style, durability and performance for a tire that exhibits excellent road manners and a long life.

Grabber HTS’s V-shaped tread design delivers impressive control in wet driving conditions. The directional tread pattern and high void ratio work to effectively sweep water away from between the tire’s contact patch and the road surface to reduce the possibility of hydroplaning and improve wet grip. The tire’s internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by a spirally-wound jointless nylon cap ply, on top of polyester body plies, to combine responsive handling and cornering stability with high-speed durability.

Built with four key technologies which provide a synergy of comfort, durability, and performance:

Duragen: Ultra-high strength steel belts, micro-fiber casing reinforcements, and a broad contour result in a strong, durable tire that provides even tread wear for longer mileage and confidence in challenging driving conditions.

Adaptive Performance: Tread cushioning system and noise-capturing pockets result in a blend of technologies that provide a quieter, more comfortable ride without sacrificing responsiveness.

Comfort/Balance: Response Grooves, Stabilink Bars and three kinds of siping result in an excellent all-season tire that promotes enhanced steering response and provides reliable performance when braking, accelerating and cornering.

Eco Ride: This latest-generation tread compound significantly improves fuel economy by reducing rolling resistance 15%, and is designed to minimize CO2 emissions to support a cleaner, greener planet.
